Returns and Exchanges
ALL Returns Must FIRST be authorized by the personnel at
OutdoorDistributors
before returning. Call us at 205-669-2500.
Authorization number MUST be written on the package.
ANY ITEMS SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED
TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.
No returns after 30 days will be
accepted.
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS OR
ELECTRICAL ITEMS.
Warranty repair or replacement only.
NO RETURNS ON WHOLE GOODS, ENGINES, OR SHORT BLOCKS ,TRANSAXLES OR DECKS.
NO RETURN ON INSTALLED PARTS!

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order, un-used and in
sellable condition. Installed parts are only returnable for exchange if defective.

We are not responsible for unseen delays for "special ordered" items, or production delays as they are beyond our control. We will, however, notify you if an item is on "backorder" as soon as we become aware of it, and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.

If we have made an error in parts shipped, we will assume only the responsibility of purchase price, and shipping both ways. Items are to be returned in new condition and shipped in the manner we specify. You will not be charged a restocking fee.

All Warranties are those of the parts manufacturers. Outdoor Distributors neither offers nor implies warranty of any type for products sold by us or through our services. If you
have a warranty claim, Please let us know, and we will put you in contact with the
part manufacturer.

All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

"Special Order" items are not returnable.
(Decks, Baggers, Engines, Accessories, and factory ordered parts.)

If we have sent you a part that is wrong, and you provided the part number, you are responsible for all return freight and any incurred expenses.
